Part of a recent study by Oxford Brookes University on the effects of lockdown for children between the ages of 8 months to 3 years, has revealed the BBC have confirmed an 80% viewing increase of children’s TV programmes.
This is huge, yet totally understandable as parents try to manage home life, working from home, home schooling older siblings and managing their own emotional and mental well being too.
We are all committed to striking the right balance for our kids but how do we do that? How can we help change this?
